Greek Inspired Meatballs

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of ground meat (Lamb, turkey, or ground beef)

  • 1 tbsp of minced garlic

  • 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs

  • 1/2 cup of feta

  • 1 egg

  • Fresh dill

  • 1/2 of a red onion

  • Seasonings: Green goddess seasoning, salt, pepper, garlic powder

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

  2. In a bowl add all of the above ingredients and mix together.

  3. Once fully mixed, form meatballs.

  4. In a pan sear both sides of the meatball.

  5. After searing, you can put the meatballs in the oven to cook for an additional 20 minutes (till fully cooked.)

  6. Serve with a greek salad or homemade tzatziki!
