Chicken Teriyaki Bowls
Ingredients:

1 pack of chicken breasts
1 zucchini
1 pack of snap peas
1 bell pepper
1/2 onion
1 cup jasmine rice
Kimchi
1/2 green onion
Seasonings:
1/2 tsp salt,
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
Teriyaki Sauce:
1/2 cup of soy sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp ginger
1 tbsp maple syrup
Optional: 1 tsp arrow root power or corn starch mixed with 1 tbsp of water for a thicker sauce
Directions:
1. Cook the chicken: Heat oil in a large skillet or wok. Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder and cook until cooked through.
2. Add your veggies: Toss your snap peas, peppers, onions, and zucchini. Saute for 4-6 minutes.
3. Make your teriyaki sauce: In a bowl whisk soy sauce, maple syrup, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and arrow root slurry. Add into wok and let simmer for 2-3 minutes until thick and glossy.
4. Assemble your bowls: Add rice, top with teriyaki chicken, vegetables, and kimchi. Top with green onion & sesame seeds for garnish.
