Rosemary Balsamic Chicken Thighs
Ingredients:
1 pack of chicken thighs
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
Cherry tomatoes
Basil & rosemary
1 tbsp of garlic
1 tbsp of maple syrup
Seasonings: Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, pepper, smoked paprika
Directions:
In a bowl, combine chicken thighs, 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 2 tbsp olive oil, rosemary, basil, 2 tbsp garlic, 1 tbsp maple syrup, and the above seasonings. Mix and let marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
In a separate pan, add 1 tbsp olive oil, garlic, rosemary, and basil and let simmer. Add cherry tomatoes and a pinch of salt. Cook for 5–8 minutes until softened.
Cook the chicken thighs at 375°F in the air fryer for about 30–35 minutes.
Add the cooked chicken to the pan with tomatoes and deglaze with a splash of balsamic vinegar until it thickens and creates a sauce.
Garnish with rosemary and basil.
